Refund policy

 

Product Returns:

At Ellie’s, we understand that every piece should speak to you as an individual. That’s why there’s a 30 day period for your to wear your piece to see if it resonates with you. However, if you ever feel like the piece doesn’t represent you or your style, you are more than welcome to return it. 

Every order comes with free return shipping should you decide to part with your jewelry piece. Simply send a contact form requesting a return and a return label will be sent to the email provided. 

30-Day Course Guarantee: 

If you are not satisfied with your course within 30 days, simply send an email to elizabeth@ellieshandcraftedjewelry.com with your order number and you'll be refunded for your purchase with no questions asked. 

Refund Process:

Once the piece is returned, your refund will be promptly submitted and sent to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for the funds to make it to your account.

Return Exceptions:

Due to the nature of custom orders, subscriptions (like the Vault Membership), and digital orders, these items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Damage Claims:

If your order is damaged in transit, please send an email to elizabeth@ellieshandcraftedjewelry.com or send a message through the contact form within 24 hours from the time the package was received. Kindly send any pictures of the damaged piece and shipping materials to submit to the delivery service as quickly as possible. 

A return label will be provided to you to send the piece back. From there, please return the damaged item within 48 hours from the date the label is created. Once the item has been received, a refund will be sent to the original card/account that was used to make the purchase. 

Cancellations: 

If there is any issues with your order and you'd like to cancel it, please send an email to elizabeth@ellieshandcraftedjewelry.com or submit a message through the contact form. Please do this as quickly as you can since most orders ship out the next day.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please see refund policy for more information.
