3 Weave Patterns for 4 Wires - Diamond Weave, Inverted Pyramid Weave and Flame Weave Tutorial

Diamond Weave: To begin the Diamond Weave, wrap your wire around the second to last base wire three times. Then, weave your wire around the two middle base wires 2 times. Then, bring your weaving wire in between those two base wires, over the top base wire and back underneath the bottom base wire back in between the two woven wires. Then, wrap your weaving wire around the two middle wires again. Repeat this pattern to create this version of the Diamond weave.

Inverted Pyramid Weave: For the Inverted Pyramid Weave, start by wrapping your wire around the bottom base wire three times to start the weave. First wrap your wire around the bottom two wires, then around the next 3 wires and finally around all 4 wires. Next, continue wrapping in descending order all the base wires until the end. Then, directly the wire back behind the group of wires and around the top base wire one time. Next, wrap around the top two wires, then around the top 3 wires and finally around all 4 wires. Then, in ascending order, continue wrapping all the base wires. Repeat this pattern.

Flame Weave: Begin the Flame Weave by wrapping your wire around the bottom base wire three times to start the weave. Then, weave your wire around the middle base wires, then around the top 2 base wires. Next, bring your wire underneath the 2nd base wire, wrap your weaving wire around the two middle wires, then finally around the bottom two base wires. Secure your flame weave by wrapping multiple times around the bottom base wire.

I hope you found this tutorial helpful! Remember, practice makes perfect, so don't be afraid to experiment with different wire gauges and techniques.

Happy weaving!
